At QCPlay, I led the English localization of Super Snail in NA and EU, helping it gross $40M in two years, reach 2M+ downloads, and hold 4.6–4.7 star ratings with zero translation complaints. Players often don't even realize it's a Chinese game, which is exactly the kind of seamless global experience I strive for. I pioneered the use of generative AI for localization, building workflows that became the foundation of the company's in-house AI localization tool.
