About William Daquila

I graduated from Villanova University in May 2014 with a Master of Arts in International Relations. I have strong analytical skills as a result of high-level qualitative training on Qualitative Analysis, Business and Economy, Research and Methods, and Security.I received my Six Sigma Green Belt in 2017 after developing a project using data models(including both Business Impact Analysis and Scenario Planning) to install a cloud-based management system within the DoD in collaboration with the Innovation and InformationSolutions Divisions (IISD).I have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and use KPI metrics, data reporting, data analysis, and data models to determine weaknesses within the DoD’s international workforce through the establishment of baseline metrics. In my time at the DoD, I have increased departmental productivity (both project and employee) by 15% and have reduced project completion time by 23%.I analyze data and write Business Impact Analyses that are distributed to DoD employees across three continents. I determine crucial business functions and systems within HR, assess the staff and technology resources needed for operations to run optimally, and determine the time frame within which lost or interrupted functions need to be recovered for the organization to restore operations as close as possible to a normal working state.I am extremely comfortable working within a cross-functional environment. My current position requires international collaboration with DoD employees, specialists, and directors. My supervisors expect strategic analysis without sacrificing forward-thinking, innovative solutions to unexpected events.
