Education: Attending BYU-Idaho, majoring in Construction Management Experience: I have one previous internship for a licensed heavy civil engineering company, K.W. Emerson, in San Andreas, CA. Under them, I directly handled cost tracking, material procurement, material takeoffs, timecard tracking, submitting bids, and hiring and coordinating with subcontractors for several jobs. Skills: Very strong communication skills, always able to talk with anyone, in person, or on the phone with extreme confidence and diction. Speaks directly and to the point, without being monotonous or hostile. Work well with others, both individually and in team settings. Open to change in work methods, willing to engage in discussion and resolve problems as a group. Quick thinking, efficient, and able to handle multiple jobs or prospects at the same time. Handling work load capacity is not a concern. Proficient in excel and reading and analyzing financial statements. Fluent in reading construction documents such as submittals, RFI's, and most blue prints and spec sheets.
