Bill Diamond has been a serial entrepreneur for the past 25 years. Bill is a founder and remains co-owner of Diamond Properties which over the past decade has acquired and owns over 125 properties, totaling in excess of square feet of commercial space in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, Tennessee, Michigan, Indiana, Florida, and Missouri. ln addition, Bill has a range of other operating businesses located in the New York region including self storage and the Diamond Hospitality Group which is a holding company for its Grand Prix New York Racing its Spins Bowl businesses, and its growing portfolio of RV campground resorts. The hospitality group of Diamond Properties operates roughly 30+ entertainment and hospitality properties in New York, Connecticut, Ohio, and Michigan, including a professional minor league hockey team in Danbury, CT Bill was founder and CEO of the technology company Xanboo, Xanboo, acquired by AT & T in December 2010, holds twelve technology patents and created a platform for enabling interactive services in the security and home automation industries. Post acquisition Xanboo was re-branded and is now called AT & T Digital Life. Previous to Xanboo Bill was CEO and co-owner of RDI, lncorporated an lSO900 electronics engineering and manufacturing company that owns and operates a square foot manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, employing over 500 people Bill currently retains 50% ownership in RDI and serves as Chairman. Bill graduated from St. Paul's School in Concord, NH and from Amherst College.
