About William Dill

I am a human body consultant and I help people who have pain or movement dysfunction get back to doing the things they love to do. Ok, so a human body consultant isn't a real title but it does describe what I do very well. The athletes that I work with come from all walks of life and could be in the Crossfit community, local firefighters, running clubs, pickleball players, hockey players, dancers, youth, high school, college, or professional athletes, or anyone who just enjoys being active or has an active job. I have been blessed to provide care to athletes for over 20 years through education and providing them with the skills to return to activity. I own Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy Stl. This allows me to continue to work with the active community in a way that I enjoy. If I could I would provide this care for free because I truly enjoy helping people get out of pain, move efficiently for life and sport, and perform the things they enjoy doing. When I am not at work I am busy being a husband and father to our 2 kids. They keep us busy as they love to play sports, fish, go for bike rides, and exercise. My wife is also an athletic trainer so we very much so breathe the culture of helping people who are in pain and/or mentoring other athletic trainers.
