About William Donovan

My experiences as a small business owner combined with my corporate and mechanical experience gives me a unique ability to look at business and see the big picture. This is so helpful with Lean transformations as seeing the waste from order to delivery is often simple for me to see and correct. Getting people engaged to those changes is where the EQ comes in and that is where the value is. I have exceptional engineering, quality and project management skills combined with the previous experience of being a hands on mechanic. This experience serves me very well in a multitude of corporate management responsibilities. I excel at bridging "process and product engineering" allowing me to maximize new product introductions and continuous improvement both internally and externally. I am a committed life-long learner and this helps fuel my creative and critical thinking. I feel so engaged and blessed to be part of a true renaissance era that offers such a creative professional platform. I am not hungry for fame, comfort, wealth or power; for those rewards create almost as many problems as they solve. I am hungry for meaningful work, how to live so that my life matters. So that the world will be at least a little bit different for me having passed through it.
