I began my career in textiles overseeing the manufacturing of garments overseas for private label accounts of top US retailers including Walmart, Target, JC Penney, Macy's, and Nordstrom. As a Production and Supply Chain Manager, I handled everything from initial PO/order entry to customs import and transportation, through delivery to the end customer. I was responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, often traveling to meet with vendors and production plants, gaining first-hand experience of garment production and regulatory processes. In this role, I honed my ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively, while minimizing financial impact. As a Production Manager at Aramark in the Cleanroom Services division, I led initiatives focused on safety, operations training, and compliance. In this role, I managed the warehouse, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and logistics. I successfully motivated my team to continuously achieve our top-line financial goals. In my current role as the Textiles and Client Services Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Laundry facilities, Fleet Management, Key Control, Mail Center, and Document Retention and Print Services supporting the Disney Parks and Resorts in California. I have optimized processes within all departments resulting in innovative and cost-saving solutions. I have extensive knowledge and experience working with labor relations, human resources, and third-party vendors. My daily activities are inclusive of budget and financial planning, scheduling, workflow analysis, and ensuring my team and internal customers are supported. I am a solutions-driven leader with a focus on my team's personal growth through training and development.
