About William Fallon

Juris Doctor candidate, May 2026, at the University of Miami School of Law. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina in May 2023 with a B.S. in Sport and Entertainment Management, a concentration in Entertainment Management, and a minor in Music Industry Studies. I appreciate meeting new people and reading about new topics to understand how and why things work and the motives or backgrounds behind people's beliefs. My love of learning and discovery is accompanied by a deep desire to succeed and improve. This is particularly prevalent in my passion for sports and music. As a self-taught musician, practicing and listening to music allows me to unleash my creativity and commit to learning and understanding concepts further. Working to understand music’s concepts and nuances has taught me that my greatest strength is adapting to the unknown. I find a way when it is unclear, all without hesitation. I always look for alternatives in a situation with an analytical method of thought and acute attention to detail without losing sight of the goal ahead. However, any self-teaching I did would not have been as impactful without collaboration and teamwork. Having played in three bands, I am skilled at paying attention to detail to capitalize on each other's strengths and work as a team. Performing and practicing alongside others helped me to understand that collaboration and teamwork is the best medium for learning and success. This has certainly proved true—beyond the stage—during my time in law school, undergrad, and during work experiences within legal field and the sports and entertainment industries at Eckert Seamans, Blackburn Conte, Red Light Management, The Peavey Project, Bonnaroo, and Rollo Grady Music.
