Formerly licensed Certified General Appraiser in WI, IN, MI, OH, MO, CA, NY, TX, and GA. All required CE currently up to date. Assignments completed in 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and District of Columbia. Previously appointed to serve on disciplinary Grievance committees by the Appraisal Institute, including chairperson, to review alleged violations in various states.
