Able to work with and relate to people from factory to executive level, able to manage relationships with customers and suppliers.Currently responsible for- Sell in and Sell through reporting and analysis that directly drives monthly forecast of sales and stock replenishment for 20 active SKUs in the US market- Customer sell through analysis of 14 sales accounts to support account managers obtaining purchase orders- Analysis of Promotional activities whilst managing stock availability and financial profitability- Advanced user of Quickbooks and Google Suite to create a database to monitor and analyse various aspects of the business: Sell in, sell through and Supply Planning- Leading the process of setting up sales accounts and managing compliance documents- Building Investor decks for startup business to support cash raising and expansion- Modelled different Amazon US sales methods with the 2P and 3P models- Inventory tracking weekly with the utilization of data imported from 3PL partner and managing stock availability- In Depth knowledge of E-commerce data and reporting using Shopify and key measures: Average Order Value (AOV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime value & Units Per Transaction (UPT)- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) financial management and determining profitability with desired Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)- Financial reporting monthly down to an EBIT level- Ability to relate and work closely with all people within a business from factory floor to executive level.
