A natural enthusiast when it comes to projects, taking on new tasks, and being able to build. I love being able to stretch my creative side and imagine the possibilities as I take on a new project. I truly enjoy being able to work through the complexities of a snafu when all in on a project. I want to take my skill set for developing engaging and exciting classroom level content to a new realm. I am ready to shift my career scope to support even more eager stakeholders in new environments. Educating and helping others has always been a passion of mine. I am a seasoned and accomplished secondary Mathematics educator who cares deeply about student success. I develop and execute assessment implementation plans. My classroom tenure enables me to adjust for the demands within a diversified classroom and all learning styles. I regularly develop and facilitate customized presentations - both in-person and virtually - for the classroom stakeholders as well as colleagues that teach the same subjects. I have extensive classroom, project, and team management skills that include collaborating with internal functional teams responsible for assessments, scoring, and reporting.
