Formerly: William Khodosh Experienced valuation expert, specializing in cash flow modeling, mergers & acquisitions and commercial evaluations. Over the last decade, my intellectual curiosity and experience has allowed me to flourish from a finance professional to a problem solving multi faceted financial and valuation engineer. Through the numerous downturns in oil and gas it has been imperative to have critical thinking skills, have the ability to solve problems and comprehend complex situations both from an engineering and financial point of view. My professional success has been sharpened by the years of interacting with executives and working along side engineers. It’s been an honor to share my expertise and advise executives and engineers how to think and evaluate commercial opportunities from a financial point of view. Most importantly, valuation is an art and it has taken many years to become proficient using the multiple approaches of financial valuation. I have been fortunate to sharpen my skills within consulting as well as within industry by utilizing financial metrics, valuation multiples or DCF to evaluate commercial opportunities and mergers and acquisitions.
