In the role of Metrology Manager, developed, designed and maintained mass metrology lab in accordance with NIST specifications. Included developing methodology for climate control, uncertainty of measurement using Statistical Process Control and equipment qualifications. Also developed lab calibration procedures based on ASTM, ANSI and government guidelines. As service manager, was responsible for daily service workforce schedules to meet contract deadlines, ensuring a high level of productivity within company's budget and manage training, managing inventory, tracking customer supplied equipment and well as growing the department.
