Primary responsibility for several thousand matters resolved through jury trial, bench trial, injunction, restraining order, arbitration, mediation, or settlement. Acting as primary counsel for talent management organization including modifying corporate formation, preserving IP rights, and handling trademark applications for bands. Also serving as primary counsel for a notable author in a significant dispute over IP rights and publication issues. Responsible for the formational work for a film development and production partnership which led to the streaming release of one film and the theatrical release of another film. For ten years (2004-2014) in addition to maintaining an active practice, responsible for managing all business aspects of a boutique commercial litigation law firm. Primary oversight for management, budgeting and all business aspects of firm operation.
