Prior to this I spent 8 years at OnDeck Capital (pre-IPOpost-IPO) building the Technical Program Management practice which helped to enhance team performance and product delivery. I'm an expert in fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving product and operational innovations in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. My hands-on approach and collaborative spirit make me a valuable asset to a growing company looking to scale its operations.
