Mr Garnett is the Managing Director of CARE funding (Clean & Renewable Energy Funding, LLC). which he founded to provide his renewable energy manufacturing, developer and energy efficiency integration clients with a wider range of the highest quality project finance PACE and lease financing services. In January 2013, Mr. Garnett joined Janas Corp and JCC Advisors, LLC as Managing Director and Vice President - Investment Banking, respectively, to provide his clients with the high quality management consulting, advisement on mergers & acquisitions, and private placement services. Mr. Garnett has 25+ years of experience in the renewable energy and energy efficiency markets, developing and financing projects for industrial, commercial and governmental clients. During that time he has owned his own leasing firm and subsequently held management and leadership positions at Provident Bank and its successor National City Bank leasing divisions where he focused on business development in the leasing, clean and renewable energy markets. In 2008 he founded Renewable Energy Investments, LLC which provided financing for renewable energy project development and renewable energy portfolio purchases as well as financing advisory services and consulting in the clean energy markets. In late 2009 he was recruited to join CEC Securities where he provided advisory services and project financing to renewable energy product manufacturers, project developers and their clients.
