Special Projects Manager and Law Enforcement Liaison assisting with the planning, logistical and operational needs for Transportation Management Services (TMS). In this capacity I use my skills and years of experience as a former State Trooper to ensure the successful operation of various sporting venues, large-scale events, conventions and hurricane disaster relief. Prior to joining TMS, I served as a Sergeant in the West Virginia State Police in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. I am an experienced criminal investigator and supervisor with a wide range of experience in violent crimes, internet-based crimes and white-collar crimes. As a Sergeant I directed the daily operations of a large patrol force ensuring public safety and traffic management for a 322 square mile area. I further provided leadership, training, and planning for approximately 18 Troopers while addressing serious criminal activity, traffic issues and critical incident command. I also served for seven years as a senior criminal investigator for the Crimes Against Children Unit and Internet Crimes Against Children Unit Task Force.
