In this role, I functioned as a team leader, overseeing the efficient delivery and installation of event rental equipment. In my current role at Konecranes, a global leader in overhead lifting equipment, I leverage my customer service expertise to drive the sales of overhead crane inspection agreements across the Northeast region. By combining strong communication skills with in-depth technical knowledge, I develop relationships with customers and identify their specific crane maintenance needs.
