About William Gauger

I began my career in real estate in 2007 after graduating with a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and receiving my Masters Degree in Urban Planning, studying real estate and economic development. Over the subsequent 15 years I have tremendously enjoyed serving my clients and partners as a trusted legal counselor and financial advisor, in both the residential and commercial real estate industries. I have been a lover of Marco Island since before I was old enough to drive, after my parents bought a second home in the South Seas development to escape the harsh Chicago winters. Fast forward to 2010, I was married in Marco Island on the beach of the Hideaway Beach Club, our current Marco Island home. My wife and I have two children, ages six and eight, students at Marco Island’s exemplary Tommie Barfield Elementary School. After moving full-time to South Florida, I made the decision to begin a new chapter in my real estate career, choosing to forgo the practice of real estate law, and pursue a career as a licensed Florida Realtor. Throughout my career, regardless of the role, what I enjoyed most was the relationships I built with my clients and partners. I could think of no better way to build on that foundation than as part of the Fioretti Team at Berkshire Hathaway.
