About William Gelderman

I am a highly experienced retail worker with over 15 years in the industry. My biggest hobby is PC gaming and building with a lot of experience with enthusiast grade components and overclocking/modifying them. I have great experience with helping customers first-hand and handling stressful situations with good composure. I have also been forklift trained and have been since 2008 where in the backrooms I was responsible for organization in the grocery, hard goods, and garden center backrooms as well as occasionally unloading in the receiving department. I've worked about 2 years in the grocery department and 4 years in the garden center where I was cashier trained and did plenty of heavy lifting over 50lbs. I have a lot of experience managing orders and a backroom while assistant manager at Serv-U-Success and am comfortable using computers to manage orders and logistics. I am looking to branch out of the stocking/physical side of things and focus on something more logistics or sales related.
