Graduated with an Associates in Arts in Business Administration from Reading Area Community College (RACC) in the Spring of 2019. Phi Theta Kappa International member and Public Relations Officer. Vice President of the Student Government Association at RACC. What are some hobbies and things I enjoy outside of work? I love bonfires with good story tellers & night sky’s during meteor showers. I enjoy live music, exploring conspiracy theories, and am really interested in deep sea🦑 deep space🪐 & tiny home concepts. I also enjoy taking pictures & editing creative videos every now and then when with my buddies, which is what first had me interested in marketing, and led me to pursuing my degree in Business Marketing & Management. Linking creativity and passion with a strategy, a vision, and a mission is what drives me. While experiencing a mix of both marketing and management classes during my undergraduate years, I quickly learned how much these two fields can be intertwined and that I have an undeniable love of genuinely connecting with people and projecting the best version of myself to bring out the best in others. At Travelers, I am proud to have a career where I am meeting people struck by catastrophic events first-hand, and using my skills, knowledge and love of genuinely connecting with others to help victim’s and their families in their time of need. The customer's experience with me starts from when I make initial contact explaining who I am and that I’m here to help, and ends with settlement after I have reviewed their policies and coverages, inspected the damages claimed and determined the circumstances of loss, and completely walked them through the claim process from beginning to end. My goal with every customer is to walk away knowing they are happy to be a customer of Travelers Insurance, and for them to feel their experience with me is why.
