About William Glover

With a career spanning a decade as a video producer, my commitment to my craft has led to an Emmy Award and becoming a winner of the Society of Professional Journalists’ Award. I bring extensive expertise in video production and content creation across multiple platforms. My experience managing high-stakes projects, working interdepartmentally to reach shared goals, coupled with my recent focus on educational content for workforce and higher education, has prepared me well to make a significant impact on your team. My background includes all facets of video production, from concept generation and script writing, to field and studio production management, through post-production editing. As an added bonus, I am a certified Part 107 drone pilot unlocking the ability leveraging aerial video capture for enhanced storytelling, in addition to years of voiceover and on-camera experience, having conducted over 100 interviews. A recent project included producing a segmenthighlighting the University of Michigan’s pioneering integration of artificial intelligence for students and faculty—a project that showcases my skills in managing complex productions and creating content that brings life to a concept showing how it bridges innovation, accessibility, and community impact in education. In addition to my technical expertise with equipment such as cameras, lighting, wireless microphones, and teleprompters, I am proficient in the Adobe creative suite with a refined ability to edit video with an eye for contextual stylistic detail, and narrative flow, including subject matters that don’t readily lend themselves to visual content. My collaborative spirit and mentorship skills have been invaluable in guiding and training new team members, assisting colleagues with troubleshooting, and fostering innovation within my team.
