About William Grogan

My passion for technology extends over two decades and I have attained business objectives through superior operational performance. The combination of my experiences in services and construction sectors helps me maintain a competitive advantage in my career. Throughout my career I have worked in engineering along with project management and people leadership (management) while developing expertise in sales, business strategy, finance, business development (P&L ownership), and continuous process improvement (operations). My distinct advantage stems from an autodidactic hands-on approach based on persistent curiosity and accountability with an ongoing commitment to improvement. During my career, I have dedicated myself to learning the fundamental reasons businesses need solutions and provide impactful responses that generate concrete results. I lead with integrity and strive for excellence while unlocking the potential in people which they frequently underestimate they possess. I build high-performing teams and together we optimize workflows (process improvements) and implement technology solutions. I earned my undergraduate degree in Applied Science and a graduate degree in Business Management during full-time work which strengthened my conviction that personal growth is perpetual. Family, dedication, and loyalty represent my core values which determine both my life choices and leadership direction. When I’m not working I venture into the Rocky Mountains to explore new places along with my family and friends while enjoying both the travel and the destination.
