With over six years of experience as a Scrum Master, I have developed a deep expertise in Agile methodologies, guiding teams through significant transitions and continuous improvement processes. My Agile journey began when my previous employer shifted from a traditional Waterfall SDLC to a more dynamic Agile framework. This transition allowed me to experience firsthand the challenges and successes of implementing Agile practices across diverse teams.In my role, I have managed multiple project and maintenance teams, ranging from four to eleven members, through the intricacies of the Scrum methodology. I excel in facilitating the core Scrum ceremonies—Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives—ensuring that each session delivers maximum value and drives team progress.My technical skills include advanced proficiency with Jira, where I am adept at project setup, ticket management, sprint configuration, and detailed reporting. I have also extensively used Confluence to create and manage critical project documentation, ensuring that all team members have easy access to necessary information.
