Background

About William Hales

I was born in Roseland, NJ, where I completed high school at Newark Academy. I then pursued a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business. Currently, I'm a Growth Marketing Associate at Superbolt, where I support the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and emerging platforms. I work closely with creative and strategy teams to optimize ad performance, analyze campaign data, and identify opportunities for scaling growth. I'm committed to community service. For 10 years, I've helped organize an annual 5k run raising over $100k for a non-profit focused on finding a pulmonary fibrosis cure. I also took a group of students alma mater to Guatemala where we spent a few weeks building homes for families in need. You can contact me at whales@fordham.edu I look forward to hearing from you!
