About William Hardie
Bill graduated with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology from Baylor University and has 30 years of industry experience in the Permian Basin, Anadarko Basin, and the Ouachita/Arkoma Basin of Oklahoma. His work experience has included exploration and development assignments that involved 3D seismic acquisition and interpretation, reservoir characterization, and development optimization. Bill’s career includes 7 years working for Conoco and 11 years with Pogo Producing Company. In late 2007, he joined OGX Resources as Exploration Manager, where he began pursuing unconventional and horizontal drilling plays in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. In 2019, Bill and two of his former Pogo Producing coworkers, David Beathard and Kevin Herrmann, formed Tascosa Energy Partners in order to assemble high quality drilling projects in the Permian and Anadarko Basins. Tascosa is partnered with private equity firm Petrocap in this project.
