I am a graduate of the University of Hull, where I earned a 2:1 BA in Business Management and Marketing. Currently, I am pursuing an MSc in Marketing Management at the same university to further advance my knowledge and expertise in the field. This program allows me to delve deeper into areas such as consumer behavior, market research, brand management, and digital marketing.Alongside my studies, I successfully balanced a demanding part-time role as a Sales Assistant at Iceland Foods from 2019 to 2023. This experience enhanced my ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, hone my communication skills, and provide exceptional customer service. Working at Iceland Foods also reinforced the importance of teamwork and adaptability as I collaborated with colleagues to achieve shared goals.To further expand my knowledge and practical skills, I sought out work experience opportunities at Smith and Nephew in Hull. During my time there, I had the privilege of shadowing professionals and managers across multiple departments, including Complaints, Operations, Engineering, Research & Development, and Post-Market Surveillance. These experiences allowed me to gain valuable insights into different aspects of a global organization, enhancing my problem-solving abilities and providing me with a holistic view of business operations.Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a diverse set of skills that enable me to excel in the business field. I am proficient in identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, conducting market research, and formulating effective business strategies. Additionally, I possess strong marketing skills, including the ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns, leverage social media platforms, and analyze consumer behavior to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement.My experience in customer service has equipped me with the expertise to deliver exceptional service to diverse customer bases and resolve inquiries. I have also honed my time management, resilience, discipline, conflict management, customer care, money management, mentoring, training, and development skills.I am now seeking new opportunities to apply my knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm in a dynamic and challenging business environment.
