As UK Logistics Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of UK logistics, including in-house raw material warehousing and the management of our 3PL partner for both D2C and wholesale fulfillment. My role encompasses critical areas such as cost management, compliance, team leadership, and strategic planning. I have played a pivotal role as a key stakeholder in our transition to a new WMS/ERP system and the strategic move of our 3PL operations from in-house to an external partner. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of logistics operations and the complexities involved in optimising supply chain efficiencies. Before my current role, I served in various capacities within grocery fulfillment at Ocado, including Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. My background in these roles has honed my skills in process optimisation and operational excellence. I hold a Six Sigma accreditation, which reflects my commitment to continuous improvement—not only in my professional development but also in the products and services I help deliver. I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to enhance our logistics processes and drive value for the organisation.
