I graduated Cum Laude with a double major in business finance and business management from Franklin College, Indiana, where I maintained a high academic performance and earned multiple honors and awards. I am passionate about business and finance, as well as leadership and management, and I have demonstrated these interests through my involvement in various campus organizations and activities. I was the president of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and Delta Mu Delta honor society, the secretary of the Economics and Business Administration club, and the vice president of scholarship of the Interfraternity Council. I am also a member of Order of Omega, a leadership honor society.Post graduation, I worked as a consultant for Vy as a refunds and compensation agent. During my 4 month tenure, I cleared over cases with a high level of professionalism and fairness. I learned valuable customer service and money handling skills. As the new year began, I joined Mastercard and started another consultancy tenure. My contact will last until 2025. I am working as a service delivery manager/ business process improvement manager with regular contact with more than 20 banks across Norway. The role has allowed me to learn about a wide net of payment services, as well as getting an unique insight into the bank and finance sector, all the while actively participating in a massive migration project of the company. In November 2024, I was indefinitely employed by Mastercard as a Senior Customer Technical Services Analyst.
