As a member of the Ohio State Highway Patrol since 1993, I have demonstrated exemplary leadership and a strong commitment to public safety. Throughout my 30 years with the division, I have earned four promotions and am currently the rank of Captain. The Captain's role involves overseeing multiple patrol posts, ensuring the highest standards of law enforcement and community service. I am responsible for strategic planning and resource deployment to manage traffic safety, crime reduction, and emergency response effectively. I conduct thorough analyses of traffic trends and crime data to develop proactive measures for safety improvement. Additionally, I mentor personnel and foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. Liaising with other law enforcement agencies, community leaders, and the public, you build strong relationships and enhance cooperative efforts. As the owner of Stark United Premier Athletics in Canton, Ohio, since 2014, I oversee 34 teams and more than 450 student-athletes. My advanced management and leadership skills ensure the organization's success through strategic planning and resource allocation. Recruitment and mentorship are critical aspects of my role, where I attract talented athletes and skilled coaches. My hands-on approach fosters a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, cultivating a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes. Through effective leadership and a clear vision, you maintain Stark United Premier Athletics' reputation for excellence in sportsmanship and athletic performance.
