Current Mission: Equipping the Next Generation with Skills of the Future As a proud UBC alum (Class of 2010) and lifelong learner, I embarked on a journey to make education accessible. While my first venture in education—a non-profit learning house founded in 2014—didn’t go as planned, it became the foundation for my current mission: bridging the gap between talent development and the growing demand for skills of the future. At Skilvul, we’re equipping Indonesia’s youth with critical skills for the future, from coding and UX design to emerging opportunities in agriculture, renewable energy, aquaculture, and environmental stewardship. Our programs aim to prepare individuals for thriving careers while driving sustainability and innovation. Beyond digital upskilling, I’m spearheading initiatives like Mission Giga a creative IP designed to spark curiosity and inspire children to become a problem solver. My vision is to create a future where our talents and children are equipped with the right skills, unlocking a wealth of opportunities for them to thrive. Past Experiences: Agriculture, Coworking Space, and Social Entrepreneurship I started my journey in agriculture sector, then ventured into tech and social entrepreneurship ecosystem where I co-founded Impact Hub Jakarta—a coworking space—and SIAP (Social Innovation Acceleration Program), an incubator and accelerator for early-stage social enterprises Global Explorer with a heart for Indonesia Selected as a Young Societal Leader from Singapore in 2018 and Acumen Fellowship in 2022 I view my work in the education sector as a life-long endeavor and hopes that one day can bring about a systemic change in Indonesia. Life is an adventure: Hiking, Camping, Waterfall, Sunset and Coffee Hiking, camping, and brewing up arabica coffee with v60 are my idea of a good time. Picture this: setting up camp under the stars, sipping on a cup of liquid sunshine – that's my kind of magic! Whether I'm conquering trails looking for a curug (a waterfall) or just chilling by the campfire, each escapade adds a sprinkle of fun to my life. Let's keep the good times rolling!
