I have considerable experience in the overall life cycle of a project. My years employed at metallurgical plant and rolling mill technology companies afforded me the opportunity to develop a working knowledge of several operational departments. My responsibilities included managing, coordinating, and administrating the project from the conceptual stages through delivery and start up, including procurement, manufacturing, expediting, Q.A, change control, dispute resolution, schedule management, reporting, and financial management. In addition, I was the point contact for all clients and major subcontractors. I manage the development of budgets, schedules and milestones. I took a major role in the negotiation and authorization of major subcontracts and had overall responsibility and accountability for the projects goals. During that time, I demonstrated creativity and innovation in resolving problems and in the commitment to building a quality product. I have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as being a team player. I have gained significant knowledge and practical experience over the years and I can assure you that I would be an asset for any corporation hiring a senior level manager.
