Using my adjusting experience along with my extensive airline industry knowledge of regulatory compliance disciplines and mechanical skills, will enable me to achieve success and positive bottom-line results for the company. Working as a team with my wife, also a licensed adjuster, gives us the ability to proficiently scope and close files while being able to provide exemplary customer service to the insured and client. • Being one of a select group of adjusters on three separate international assignments, I was able to quickly adapt to regulations and standards set forth by each country. • Consistently receiving audit review scores in the mid to high 90’s from multiple carriers, I am extremely thorough and detailed in the execution of all claims. • Having processed hundreds of claims during each event, I have shown the skills needed to prioritize, and organize many files. • Having extensive experience in writing estimates using MSB Integriclaim, Simsol, and Xactimate, I have had the opportunity to work with several different carriers. • Along with the experience of negotiating with contractors and public adjusters, working daily claims aided my skills in allowing me to work the processes of evaluating, estimating, and payment of damages during non storm related claims. • Having comprehensive experience in performing appraisals on vacant REO properties allows me to investigate losses in sometimes challenging environments
