About William Holsinger

William H. “Will” Holsinger serves as personal legal counsel to individuals, professionals and small to medium sized businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. Will has represented and counseled clients and lectured in a wide variety of fields, including family law, trusts and estate planning and litigation, employment law, construction, and premises liability. His wide-ranging experience as an attorney has proven to be a positive asset in assisting clients with long term comprehensive planning and in the identification, evaluation and reduction of legal risks. Will is an active member of his community. He is a certified hospice volunteer with Mission Hospice & Home Care in San Mateo and author of A Life Well Lived, A Death Well Met, a book of musings and insights on aging, death and dying. He has also served on a variety of public and private boards and commissions, including the San Mateo County Harbor District, Project Ninety, Inc, and Women's Recovery Association, two of the preeminent residential drug and alcohol treatment programs in San Mateo County. Before starting his legal career, Will Holsinger served as a staff assistant for the late Congressman Leo J. Ryan, who was killed in Guyana in the late 1970s.
