Hi I'm Will Holt, An experienced designer, product developer and engineer with well over a decade of experience in producing innovative, highly developed solutions for problems and projects across a range of industries from aerospace & marine to consumer products. Working on projects involving custom hydraulics, gearboxes and composites to large production injection moulded plastics & metals. I have a genuine intrigue on how things work, how they are put together, the choices begin made and ultimately how they have succeeded in solving those problems. I love the process and the journey from concept to production, the twists and turns of development and the cooperation of a highly energetic team feeding a project.
