On May 1, I will join Utz Brands as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and I am thrilled to contribute to such an innovative company. In my role, I will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, leadership team, Board of Directors, and investor community. I lead all aspects of financial strategy—including FP & A, capital markets, investor relations, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and M&A—supporting Utz’s continued growth and operational excellence. Prior to Utz, I was Global CFO at Tropicana Brands Group, where I successfully guided the business through a major carve-out from PepsiCo and led a transformation initiative that significantly improved performance in its first year. Earlier in my career, I held executive leadership roles at TreeHouse Foods, Kraft Heinz, and Hillshire Brands, where I focused on developing high-performing financial teams and driving finance transformation to support the growth of iconic CPG businesses. Across these organizations, I’ve consistently focused on building high-performing teams, strengthening financial fundamentals, and partnering closely with sales, marketing, operations and corporate teams to create long-term value. I’ve also played a pivotal role in preparing businesses for public listing, integrating acquisitions, and driving enterprise-wide digital and process improvements. My leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in mutual respect. I firmly believe that finance should be a driver of clarity and progress—not just oversight—and that strong cultures are built when people feel empowered to challenge the status quo, grow together, and celebrate wins as a team. Outside of work, I serve on the boards of several organizations, including THOR Industries (NASDAQ: THO), the Chicago Youth Centers, and the Chicago Children’s Museum, where I currently serve as Board Chair. I am energized by the opportunity to contribute to Utz’s momentum and help shape its next chapter of growth.
