Many things interest me about libraries and the way they fit into the larger fabric of learning, creating and shaping, but what drives me is utilising my skills in finding the best way to help those – students, teachers, researchers and curious members of the public – get to where they want to go. I’m passionate about guiding users to finding the best information whatever their purposes may be, whether they be complex or simple, counter-intuitive or straightforward, big or small.
