As the current Cluster Level Director of Pharmacy at Elegancia Healthcare, I develop strategy, goals, and metrics for the pharmacy division, innovating solutions to improve efficiency, customer service, and financial growth. Prior to this, my role as Director of Pharmacy at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi involved managing pharmacy personnel, overseeing significant budget responsibilities, and initiating strategic improvements, including launching the first-ever refill and delivery service in the UAE. In my early career, I honed my skills in different capacities, such as Clinical Staff Pharmacist, Veterinary Specialist, and Manager (Pharmacist in Charge). Additionally, I practiced law, providing me with a unique perspective on legal operations in healthcare. I hold an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Washington State University – College of Pharmacy. I'm also a licensed pharmacist in Abu Dhabi and Washington State.
