As a Dealer Success Specialist at Service Payment Plan, Inc.(SPP), I work with a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients to provide them with customized payment solutions and exceptional customer service. I also communicate and build relationships with various stakeholders, including dealerships, administrative groups, and program partners, to increase business and ensure customer and partner satisfaction. In my role, I leverage my skills in CRM, communication, and organizational leadership, as well as my knowledge of the financial services industry. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising, and a minor in Business Administration from DePaul University, where I graduated in 2021. I have also gained valuable experience in marketing, communications, and customer relations through my previous roles as an Internal Marketing/Communications Intern at BDO USA, LLP, a Customer Relations Specialist at SPP, and a Marketing Research Assistant at Winsby Inc. I am passionate about delivering quality service and solutions to my clients, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of SPP and its partners, and to advance my career in B2B SaaS sales.
