About William Kenney

I create immersive and interactive VR experiences that enable learning, collaboration, and innovation. I have spearheaded a company-wide initiative to onboard over users to regular Oculus headset use, and have developed a wide variety of VR applications, ranging from a car showroom to a puzzle-solving adventure. I attended the University of Akron to pursue a degree in Computer Engineering, but left early. From there, I taught myself the fundamentals of programming, game development, and 3D modeling. I have also completed multiple certifications in Unity, Blender, and MURAL, enhancing my skills and knowledge in XR technologies. I am passionate about building an inclusive, safe, and productive future through effective use of Web3 and the Metaverse. I love bringing my creative visions to life with VR, and equipping others with information and resources to enjoy and explore these possibilities themselves.
