I am a medical student at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University. I am interested in a wide variety of medical specialties including, but not limited to, emergency medicine, internal medicine, anesthesiology, critical care, infectious disease, and trauma surgery. As a future physician, I am interested in researching and developing ways that we can implement public health concepts and practices into our everyday practice. Understanding how a patient's social determinants of health impacts their acute and chronic illnesses will provide new and exciting treatments and preventive interventions. Outside of academics, I have a passion for music. I am a singer and have previously played the viola. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering and being outside. I'll take any opportunity to go for a hike, take a ski trip, or swim a few laps at the pool.
