During his 10 years in the sports and entertainment industry in major U.S. markets (where he topped $20 million in sales revenue), William proved to be an accomplished professional and true “team player.” William credits his employment experiences with the Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Yankees, and at Madison Square Garden and Live Nation with establishing his successful business style and solidifying key components of his business practice; Friendliness (William attributes most of his success to this trait), Communication (throughout the sales process), and a Focus on Relationships (most of his interactions with clients have turned into lifelong friendships because of his comforting nature, thoughtfulness, passion, and trustworthiness). William received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and Management from Bloomsburg University after earning an Associate’s Degree from Luzerne Community College. In furtherance of his real estate career, William studied real estate at The Pennsylvania Real Estate Academy. In his previous roles of Sales Representative, Premium Account Executive, and Regional Director of Business Development, he felt the greatest sense of satisfaction when he sold a product to a customer that put the customer in a position to see their favorite baseball player or musical artist. William looks forward to seeing that same type of excitement from his clients when he is successful in helping them purchase their dream home or perfect investment property. William is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania, graduated from Greater Nanticoke Area HS, and currently resides in Nanticoke with his companion (and fellow Lewith & Freeman REALTOR®), Caitlin Kozak. His favorite thing about NEPA is the high quality of life opportunities (low cost of living, friendly neighborhoods, mountains and valleys to explore, great local festivals and events, ease of access to major metropolises, and the amazing people). William loves attending concerts and local community events, supporting local businesses, finding new areas to explore, and playing guitar.
