As an accounting major with a finance minor, I have gained a deep understanding of financial systems, markets, and strategies. My coursework equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate complex financial scenarios, make informed decisions, and identify areas for improvement in financial processes.Additionally, my coursework has given me a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting, tax planning, and auditing. This knowledge, coupled with my practical experience as a KPMG Audit intern, has prepared me well for a career in accounting.As an MSU College of Business Ambassador and member of Beta Alpha Psi, I have a passion for excellence in accounting and finance. I honed my skills during my time as a KPMG Audit intern, where I gained valuable experience in auditing and financial analysis. Now, as I prepare to embark on my graduate studies, I am eager to continue building on my knowledge and pursuing my passion for accounting.My experience as a business ambassador and member of Beta Alpha Psi has given me a deep understanding of the importance of collaboration and effective communication in the business world. I have honed my leadership skills and developed a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, qualities that will serve me well in my future career.I am now pursuing my Master of Accountancy and Data Analytics (MADA) at the University of Mississippi. As I move forward, I am excited to explore new opportunities and take on new challenges in the field of accounting.
