I am an IT Help Desk Technician at Silotech Group, Inc, where I provide technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues and systems. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. My passion for cybersecurity stems from my 6 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where I was in charge of the X-Ray department and trained others on how to use and maintain the equipment. I developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. To pursue my career goals in cybersecurity, I am currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Cybersecurity at Northwest Vista College, and I have already obtained certifications in Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, and Splunk Core User. I am highly motivated and determined to further my knowledge and gain hands-on experience in this exciting and dynamic field.
