About William Lin

William is a Chartered Professional Engineer who has worked on a wide range of projects spanning across Middle East, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Jakarta visualizing architecture through engineering practice. This experience includes working with some of most prominent architecture firms around the world and deliver solid project management from early conceptual stage through design development, tender, construction administration to post completion work. William has strong communicating skill and manage the design and engineering workflow between his team members. His other key experience is building maintenance/access system design and engineering where he delivers optimum design ensuring safe maintenance access solutions are fully implemented into the building. Additionally, he also possess considerable experience in curtain wall performance tests, on-site inspection and factory QA/QC inspections.
