I have a for passion retail technology, and for bringing technological, and practical, solutions to retail tin order to a create a great customer experience. I don’t like technology just for the sake of technology. I love technology that creates a positive experience. The best technology solutions never lose focus on the customer, serve the business and provide ROI. As a business and IT professional, I enjoy unique challenges and delivering innovative solutions and technologies. I led a team that changed how a major retailer sourced and supported their Point of Sale systems, enabling them to spend their IT dollars elsewhere – now they are the second largest retailer in the US. I led a team that significantly lowered the cost of merchandise in island markets by bringing world-class retail methods and systems to these under-served (and overcharged) markets – as a result the Company received a commendation from the Governor of Guam. I led a team that delivered innovative and customer-centered processes and solutions to IT - while opening 185 retail stores throughout the US. I’m always up for a new challenge.
