About William Lutz

Will is a Consultant in Deloitte’s Regulatory and Legal Support Practice. He currently has 5+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services. Since he joined Deloitte in February 2022, he has worked on four separate engagements. In his first engagement, he contributed to improving the overall consistency of project execution through the design and implementation of a change management practice. He also worked on a Bank & Broker-Dealer M+A integration effort, assisting second-line workstreams pre/post Legal Day 1. He worked with an investment management firm on assessing and executing tasks that were required for the industry T+1 settlement timing shift. Currently he is working with a bank to help address MRAs/MRIAs from regulators in order to maintain compliance with their AML program.Prior to joining Deloitte, he had experience in various client-facing consulting roles in the financial services industry, in areas such as: PMO project financial management and governance, M+A, and GRC software implementations. Will attended Macalester College for undergrad and studied Economics/Finance.
