I'm a Technology Analyst that specializes in troubleshooting, fixing, and supporting users with all things Technology based. This includes both hardware and software. My main specialty revolves around Tech Hardware in all varieties from Computer Components/Equipment (High to Low end, Consumer/Business class), Mobile Technology such as Tablets and Smart Phones (I'm proficient in iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows 8 RT/PRO operating systems). I'm also very good at setting up Audio and Video equipment. I keep up to date and familiarized with new technologies all the time; the latest Operating Systems, to the latest smart phone, tablet, CPUs, Chipsets, and anything else that is based on computers, tablets, phones or any audio/video hardware. I love to consult with people about their hardware needs and what to look for based on what's coming out or what's currently out on the market so that they get the best of what they can for when then require it.
