My time spent in higher education has equipped me with the skills required in order to improve the processes, operations and culture of an organisation no matter the size or industry. Investing my time in stock markets both physical and those of the digital economy, as well as local businesses. Has made me aware of many new developments in the world of business and the external environment it is so intrinsically linked to. Also having studied psychology throughout my time in higher education I’m aware of it’s unique and under-utilised potential to not only improve the efficiency of the organisation but also the motivation, satisfaction and overall quality of the staff’s time spent in and outside of the company. I am extremely hard working and committed, the thought of aiding business in their projects/troubles especially appeals to me due to the nature of the work. The idea of seeing a project completed from start to finish from outside of the machine is a lot more fulfilling than just being a cog within it.
