As a business manager I was able to enjoy success as corporate "Fixer". With the talent to evaluate business issues for a restaurant's over all performance. I found the work to be fulling. I, however, always was looking for more. Starting a business in 2005 became one of my most rewarding achievements, yet I was never completely professionally satisfied. I needed more. I started the path I wanted professionally when I started back to school in 2009.
